Joe Meddings has a wide variety of business experience that span industry boundaries. He has been a CEO, COO and CFO in the manufacturing, service and high tech sector, including public and private companies. He has successfully lead organizations into strategic areas such as acquisitions, foreign investments, foreign financing, venture capital financing and public offerings. Mr. Meddings has an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Math from Milligan College, as well as a graduate degree in Operations/Logistics Management and Corporate Finance from The Ohio State University. Joe is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals, The Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, The Bankruptcy Institute, The Turnaround Management Association, Risk Management Association and Commercial Finance Association.
Tom Hollis has a strong organizational and financial background. Spending a great deal of his early career in banking, his job responsibilities have included those of Loan Officer, Department Head in Asset Based Lending, Department Head of Controlled and Classified Loans, and Senior Loan Officer for all Commercial Lending. Mr. Hollis has also served as Treasurer of a $300 million metal refining and trading company, and CFO of a metal trading company. Tom Hollis has an undergraduate degree in Economics and Accounting from Merrimack College, as well as a graduate degree in Finance from The University of Massachusettts in Amherst. Tom is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, Risk Management Association and Commerical Finance Association.
